Formerly known as Bonnie Brae, this house was built in 1900 adjacent to the church. In 1992, it was renamed Marmion House in honor of the Marmion family's long and devoted service to St. Peter's by the Sea Episcopal.
It is the official rectory for the assigned priest and his family in residence.
Spacious yards with many varieties of trees and singing birds along the Atlantic Ocean provide a beautiful setting for socializing after church . We even have wild turkeys in the trees!
Our rectory provides not only a beautiful home for priest and family but for a strong social activity schedule that St. Peter's holds during the summer months. Fr. Todd is shown here with some of the attendees .
This includes: Welcome Fellowship with food and drink after the 10 am Service each Sunday, our annual Jazz Concert fundraiser each August with a wine and cheese reception, Annual Picnic in July, Brunch in August event, and the Au Revoir Party in September.
